Panel: Spam, Phishing – A Global Perspective

This panel offers a multifaceted and multi-country perspective on the problems of spam and phishing. The panelist will first establish a baseline by explaining where the problems currently lie and what solutions are currently considered best practices. For example, Domenico Dati, from Tiscali, will relate the real world experience of a major European ISP confronted with these issues on a daily basis.
The panel will then shift gears and present an outlook to issues on the horizon and ongoing research addressing these issues. The panel will draw in the audience for a (hopefully lively) discussion.
