The challenges of insecure software affect not only the niche communities producing products for which security is an explicit, functional, requirement, but also the wider software supply base for which security is inherently a Non-Functional Requirement (NFR). Recognising that the software supply base is fundamentally a global issue, this panel brings together leading representatives from a number of countries to explore this challenge.
