1. Make a Hotel Reservation — reserve early, especially if you plan on staying over December 5-6
2. Register for the Conference, Workshops, and Courses
A PDF Registration Form is also available if you prefer to mail your registration in.
If you need to obtain a visa to attend the conference, register for the conference first, then follow the steps outlined here to obtain a visa letter.
