Panel Description:
Computer Security has become an important part of the computer science education, both within and without of academia. In this panel, we will explore the current techniques and shortcomings for security education. The topics will include: How can we remove barriers to participation in computer security? Computer security education in K-12? Teaching computer security outside the classroom and bringing in industry partners? And, exploring the "core" of a computer security curriculum.
