The conference will be held at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista, located inside the Walt Disney World Resort® in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.

Reservations
Registering for the Conference does not reserve a room.
Reserve your room online, or by calling 1-800-782-4414 (toll-free) and requesting the ACS group rate. The contracted hotel rate is the prevailing US Government per diem rate which is currently $129 + 12.5% tax. The government rate is for a standard guest room; other rooms such as suites or accomodations for more than a double will be at a higher rate as indicated online or when you call the hotel.
Rates are guaranteed until November 13, 2017, although the discounted rate will continue to be available subject to availability. This year the hotel is very busy during ACSAC week so be sure to reserve your room early.
Since this is a government rate conference a required one (1) night's room and tax will not be charged to your credit card by the hotel until three (3) weeks before the start of the conference rather than at the time the reservation is made.
The regular resort fee the hotel charges is included in our government rate. Attendees should not be charged a separate resort fee.
Reservations must be changed or cancelled five (5) days prior to the day of arrival to avoid penalty. Any cancellation that occurs within five (5) days of arrival will be charged one (1) night's room and tax. Early departures will be charged full room and tax.
Room rates are available three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the conference, subject to availability.
Internet Access
Wired Ethernet and Wireless WiFi Iinternet access is available for free in hotel rooms and hotel public spaces.
The conference is providing Internet access in the conference meeting areas as a WiFi service. The service is provided for email and minimal browsing and is not intended for high bandwidth access.
Driving Directions
From Orlando International Airport: From the north end of the airport, take SR-528 (Beeline Expressway toll road) heading west. Merge onto I-4 West. From I-4, take Exit #68, then turn right onto SR-535. Turn left onto Hotel Plaza Boulevard, then left and then right. Hotel is on the right.
From Tampa: Take I-4 east to exit 68 for State highway 535 toward Lake Buena Vista. Turn left at S. Apopka Vineland Rd/Kissimmee Vineland Rd/ State Rd 535 and continue to follow S. Apopka Vineland Rd/State Rd 535.Turn left at Hotel Plaza Boulevard, then left and then right. Hotel is on the right.
From Miami: Take 1-95 north to exit 12A on the left for Florida's Turnpike/State highway 826 west and keep left toward Florida Turnpike N/SR-91 (partial toll road). Take exit 254 for US-441 south/US-92 west and follow signs for 528 west (partial toll road) for four miles. Take the exit onto I-4 toward Tampa and take exit 68 toward Lake Buena Vista. Turn right at S. Apopka Vineland Rd/State Rd 535, turn left at Hotel Plaza Blvd, then left and then right. Hotel is on the right.
Parking Information
Both self-parking and valet parking are available at The Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista. Self-parking is $18 per night and valet parking is $24 per night for hotel guests.
Airport Shuttle Service
The hotel does not have a free shuttle to and from the airport. There are several companies you may choose.
Mears Transportation leaves the Orlando International Airport about every 30 minutes. The current round trip cost for a shared ride shuttle service for adults is $37. Up to 4 stops may be made enroute to the hotel from the airport. ACSAC has arranged for a $4 discount coupon on the round trip fare. Please read the reservation and ticket purchase information instructions prior to using the coupon. The discount cash coupon is valid for December 2-10, 2017, and may be printed out for presentation to the Mears Transportation counter at the airport or for use in getting an online reservation.
SuperShuttle also has frequent shared ride shuttle service from the Orlando International Airport. SuperShuttle strongly suggests that attendees make their shuttle reservations online at supershuttle.com. There is an additional charge for phone reservations. The price is comparable to Mears and a 10% discount on a round trip shuttle service is available for AAA members. The vans may also make up to 4 stops enroute to the hotel.
Uber and Lyft also have service in Orlando including at the airport. The airport does not allow them to have a stand on airport property so it may take 15-20 minutes for a car to arrive rather than the typical 3-5 minutes. There are specific pickup points at the airport. These companies are more expensive than the shared ride shuttles but they provide direct non-stop service to the hotel.
Conference Meals
The conference will provide a breakfast buffet and a mid-morning coffee break for ACSAC conference attendees on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Lunch and a mid-afternoon snack will be provided on Wednesday and Thursday. Tutorial and Workshop attendees will be provided with breakfast buffet, lunch, and breaks on the day(s) they are registered. The conference will include a reception on Tuesday evening, a dinner Wednesday evening, and a reception on Thursday evening.
Hotel Dining
The hotel has numerous onsite food and beverage choices. Sample authentic Italian cuisine at Andiamo Italian Bistro. Dine with Disney Characters at the Covington Mill for Sunday breakfast. Savor tempting sushi and steaks prepared in the 1,000 year old style at Benihana Steakhouse and Sushi. Sip cocktails in the sunshine at the Rum Largo Poolside Bar and Cafe. Unwind with a drink in John T's while watching seven HDTVs. Room service is also available to hotel guests.
