The conference will be held at the 'Alohilani Resort in Waikiki, Honolulu, Hawaii.

Hotel Reservations

Check back to make a reservation at ACSAC's greatly discounted rates.

The ACSAC group rate is the prevailing Government per diem rate (currently $202/single-double, $302/triple, $402/quad), which is expected to change on October 1st. In addition, the hotel applies state and local taxes (currently 4.712% General Excise Tax and 13.25% Transient Accommodation Tax). Children 17 and under stay free.

Directions, Transportation, and Parking

Directions to the hotel, information on parking at the hotel, and details on how to arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel may be found on the Hotel's FAQ. Note that the conference has negotiated a special parking rate with the hotel of $25 per day.

Meals

ACSAC registration includes meals for the days you register. Monday and Tuesday workshops include continental breakfast and lunch. The Wednesday through Friday technical program includes continental breakfast, lunch, Wednesday dinner, and Thursday evening reception. ACSAC invites all attendees to the Tuesday Welcome Reception.
