The conference will be held at the 'Alohilani Resort in Waikiki, Honolulu, Hawaii.

Hotel Reservations

Registering for the Conference does not reserve a room.

The ACSAC group rate is the prevailing Government per diem rate (currently $202/single-double, $302/triple, $402/quad). In addition, the hotel applies state and local taxes (currently 4.712% General Excise Tax and 13.25% Transient Accommodation Tax). Children 17 and under stay free.
NOTE: Confirmation letters may reflect the retail resort fee – this will be adjusted to the group rate at check in.

Reserve Your Room

Make sure that the name you use to register for the hotel matches your government issued ID/passport to avoid delays at check in.

A few notes on the hotel:

  • Group rates are only available during the conference and up to 3 days before or after the conference dates, subject to hotel availability
  • ACSAC has elected to not to participate in the Resort Charge program as a whole; as such attendees will not receive the features and benefits of the program. With the exceptions noted below, any resort charges are optional and extra.
  • That said, ACSAC attendees will receive complimentary guest room & public space Wifi, normally included in Resort Fee
  • Additionally, ACSAC guests will receive two complimentary locally-sourced bottles of water per room, per stay. Purified water stations also available in resort lobby. This is normally included in resort fee
  • Discounted self-parking of $25.00, per day will be available for ACSAC attendees, this is normally $48.00

Directions, Transportation, and Parking

Directions to the hotel, information on parking at the hotel, and details on how to arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel may be found on the Hotel's FAQ. Note that the conference has negotiated a special parking rate with the hotel of $25 per day.

Meals

ACSAC registration includes meals for the days you register. Monday and Tuesday workshops include continental breakfast and lunch. The Wednesday through Friday technical program includes continental breakfast, lunch, Wednesday dinner, and Thursday evening reception. ACSAC invites all attendees to the Tuesday Welcome Reception.
